I ordered my usual size and it fit way too small. whoever came up with this sizing must not know what standard sizing looks like. Disappointing

"Had to keep chasing just to..."
Had to keep chasing just to get basic updates, which got frustrating. Replies weren’t rude or anything, just kind of vague and hard to understand at times. Made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered from Other and, to be honest, the quality just didn’t feel right to me. The fabric was thin, kind of cheap feeling, and one of the pieces already had loose stitching straight out of the bag.
I only wore it once and it somehow already looked a bit worn, which is usually not a great sign. Maybe I just got a bad one, I don’t know, but I’m fairly sure I wouldn’t order from them again

"Has anyone else had really slow delivery?"
I ordered this last week and it still hasn’t arrived, which is frustrating. I was expecting it by now, so the slow delivery has been disappointing. Not sure if this is a one-off or if others have had the same experience, but I’m not too happy so far.

"Sizing just didn’t make sense"
I ordered my regular size, so I expected it to fit like usual, but it was way too tight and felt awkward right away. I tried to give it a chance, but if something isn’t comfortable after 10 minutes, it’s probably not going to work. Had to take it off.

"Returning my order was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to return my order and it turned into such a hassle. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund. I also started wondering if there were some hidden fees or deductions they weren’t being upfront about, because nothing felt very transparent. if returning something is this much of a headache, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Really not happy with this"

Overall, it wasn’t bad, but the overseas shipping took longer than I expected. I’m not totally sure if it was customs or something else holding it up, but it did feel a bit slow.

I tried using the discount code at checkout and, of course, it didn’t work. what’s the point of promoting a deal if the code doesn’t even apply? Feels like they wasted my time and then expected me to just pay full price anyway

I was disappointed when this showed up because it looked nothing like what the description made it sound like. It feels like sellers can word things just vaguely enough to get around the rules, and then you're stuck dealing with the hassle. Definitely not what I thought I was ordering

"Shipping Cost Was Higher Than Expected"
The items themselves were fine, but the shipping cost felt way too high compared to what I was expecting. I also wish the checkout made the fees and delivery details a bit clearer upfront, because it kind of caught me off guard. it made me think twice about ordering again

I ordered a top and the colour looked a lot nicer on the website. In person it was sorta duller than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, and the fit was fine, but I do wish the photos were a bit more true to real life.

"Tracking was okay, just a bit unclear"
I ordered from otheruk.com and the tracking did update, but it was... well, it was a bit slow and didn’t always make it clear where my parcel actually was. It did arrive in the end, just later than I expected. I contacted customer service and they were okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. Overall, not terrible, not great, so 3 stars feels about right.

"Gave up after a few minutes"
I tried using otheruk.com and quickly lost patience with it. The pages were slow, the menus didn’t make much sense, and I kept doing that thing where you assume basic info will be in the obvious places, but it just wasn’t. After clicking around way too much, I gave up. It was even more annoying on my phone, where everything felt clunky and harder than it needed to be

"Refund took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from otheruk.com and ended up needing a refund. It did go back onto my card in the end, but... it took longer than I thought it would. Support did reply when I contacted them, just not especially quickly. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the refund process could definitely be faster.

"Felt cheap, honestly..."
I was kind of disappointed with this one. The fabric felt really thin right out of the package, and after just a little use the seams started coming loose! Not great quality for the price...

"Support absolutely never got back to me"
I waited for days and, i’m 100% convinced nobody was ever going to properly reply. Customer service just left me hanging with no real help at all.
